Yeah, fuck that, the link's broken or some shit, but it was a jpg explaining how in Earthbound the room you go through in order to fight Giygas was a vagina, Giygas himself was an unborn fetus, and during the fight you are indeed aborting him. His dialogue before the fight was based on a rape, its lines coming from the victim.
The line "You cannot comprehend the true form of Giygas's attack!" is not referring to his immense evil, but instead the fact that he is only trying to defend himself. You've gone back in time to when Giygas is vulnerable. He is not evil during the fight.
